Sourcing

Pulled on a lever. Poured with a story.

Our beans come from Hearth & Co. in Portland, roasted a shade slower for mornings that refuse to hurry. Every shot is pulled on a lever machine — it takes a moment longer, and tastes like it.

After five, the list turns to bottles from small importers. Natural, low-intervention, labels nobody’s heard of yet. That’s the point.
